Le concept vise \u00e0 fournir une alternative propre et sans \u00e9mission aux trains \u00e0 moteur diesel.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet innovant de 26 mois qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en novembre 2017 se divise en deux phases : la phase 1 est une phase de test durant laquelle la pile \u00e0 combustible qui propulsera le train est test\u00e9e dans un simulateur \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 RWTH d&rsquo;Aix-la-Chapelle ; la phase 2 implique le d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9servoirs d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne sous pression dans lesquels sera stock\u00e9 le carburant.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant la premi\u00e8re phase, le projet examinera les r\u00e9actions et les performances de la pile \u00e0 combustible dans diverses conditions de fonctionnement et d&rsquo;environnement.<\/p>\n<p>Pour NPROXX, le principal d\u00e9fi de la phase 2 consistera \u00e0 concevoir et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les r\u00e9servoirs sous pression eux-m\u00eames, ainsi que le b\u00e2ti de montage et le support de soupape correspondants. L&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et les vibrations repr\u00e9sentent des probl\u00e9matiques majeures pour la technologie ferroviaire \u00e0 prendre en consid\u00e9ration lors de la conception.<\/p>\n<h2>Mise \u00e0 disposition de la propulsion propre \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne pour l&rsquo;industrie ferroviaire<\/h2>\n<p>Durant ce projet, NPROXX utilisera ses quatre d\u00e9cennies de connaissances dans la conception de fibres de carbone \u00e9volu\u00e9es pour contrer ces difficult\u00e9s et mettre la propulsion \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 la disposition du rail. \u00ab Nous envisageons de d\u00e9velopper des r\u00e9servoirs sur mesure, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;espace restreint disponible \u00e0 bord des trains \u00bb explique Dr. Christian Wies, chef de projet \u00ab Pour notre client, la question primordiale est de maximiser l&rsquo;autonomie du train \u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NPROXX travaille sur un projet passionnant de d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un train \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne avec Siemens Mobility.
