{"id":2846,"date":"2021-04-07T09:16:50","date_gmt":"2021-04-07T08:16:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nproxx.com\/fallstudie-muldenkipper-mit-wasserstoffantrieb-fur-tagebau-von-anglo-american\/"},"modified":"2021-04-07T09:33:11","modified_gmt":"2021-04-07T08:33:11","slug":"etude-de-cas-camion-minier-a-lhydrogene-pour-la-societe-miniere-anglo-american","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nproxx.com\/fr\/etude-de-cas-camion-minier-a-lhydrogene-pour-la-societe-miniere-anglo-american\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9tude de cas : Camion minier \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 mini\u00e8re Anglo American"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NPROXX ach\u00e8ve actuellement la fabrication d&rsquo;un nouveau syst\u00e8me innovant de r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne destin\u00e9 \u00e0 alimenter le plus grand camion de transport minier du monde dans une mine de m\u00e9taux du groupe platine de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Anglo American en Afrique du Sud.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois livr\u00e9, install\u00e9 sur le v\u00e9hicule et qualifi\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne alimentera une pile \u00e0 combustible qui offrira une solution \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission pour le transport de mat\u00e9riaux\u00a0\u2013\u00a0une solution qui n&rsquo;existe actuellement pas sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le camion fonctionnant \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne sera test\u00e9 \u00e0 la mine Mogalakwena d&rsquo;Anglo American, la plus grande mine \u00e0 ciel ouvert de m\u00e9taux du groupe platine au monde, apr\u00e8s quoi les camions devraient \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans d&rsquo;autres exploitations d&rsquo;Anglo American \u00e0 travers le monde.<\/p>\n<p>Anglo American a fix\u00e9 des objectifs ambitieux en mati\u00e8re de carbone, notamment en s&rsquo;engageant publiquement \u00e0 atteindre la neutralit\u00e9 carbone dans l&rsquo;ensemble de ses activit\u00e9s mondiales d&rsquo;ici 2040. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les gros camions repr\u00e9sentent actuellement plus de 70\u00a0% de la consommation de diesel sur site, le passage du diesel \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne aidera la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 se rapprocher de son objectif d&rsquo;exploitation de mines neutres en carbone.<\/p>\n<p>Johannes Lorenz, Directeur Marketing &amp; Ventes de NPROXX, explique\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le passage du diesel \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne est parfaitement logique pour Anglo American. Les groupes motopropulseurs \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne sont capables de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dont ces v\u00e9hicules ont besoin. Cela contribuera \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;utilisation de combustibles fossiles d\u2019Anglo American pour ces op\u00e9rations. Nous pensons que ce projet servira de mod\u00e8le \u00e0 Anglo American pour d\u00e9ployer des solutions \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne dans d&rsquo;autres v\u00e9hicules de grande taille sur d&rsquo;autres sites dans le monde.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Forte de son expertise dans le domaine minier, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Anglo American a entrepris de d\u00e9velopper elle-m\u00eame les v\u00e9hicules miniers \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission en int\u00e9grant les diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces n\u00e9cessaires avec l&rsquo;aide de partenaires\u00a0\u2013\u00a0elle a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s&rsquo;adresser \u00e0 NPROXX pour d\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servoir capable de stocker suffisamment d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 haute pression pour alimenter les piles \u00e0 combustible de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre et rentable.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de relever le d\u00e9fi de produire des r\u00e9servoirs sous pression et d\u2019installer des r\u00e9servoirs dans le ch\u00e2ssis du v\u00e9hicule, NPROXX a \u00e9galement con\u00e7u et livr\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me unique de tuyauterie et de ravitaillement en carburant capable de supporter plusieurs r\u00e9servoirs \u00e0 des pressions allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 350\u00a0bar.<\/p>\n<p>Le principal d\u00e9fi a \u00e9t\u00e9 de garantir le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me s\u00fbr et robuste pour l&rsquo;application mini\u00e8re, depuis la production d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation s\u00fbre de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne sur le v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>Lorenz commente\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Dans une mine, les routes sont irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res et les v\u00e9hicules eux-m\u00eames sont donc tr\u00e8s robustes, ce qui n\u00e9cessite naturellement un syst\u00e8me tout aussi robuste pour stocker l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. Le v\u00e9hicule avec lequel nous travaillons est le plus grand camion de transport minier du monde ; ses roues avant ont un diam\u00e8tre d&rsquo;environ quatre m\u00e8tres, il mesure 7,5\u00a0m\u00e8tres de haut et p\u00e8se plus de 200\u00a0tonnes \u00e0 vide. La puissance n\u00e9cessaire pour conduire un tel v\u00e9hicule et le maintenir op\u00e9rationnel tout au long de cycles d&rsquo;exploitation exigeants est importante.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La livraison du module de la centrale \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 l&rsquo;Afrique du Sud a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement retard\u00e9e en raison de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, mais NPROXX pr\u00e9voit que le v\u00e9hicule sera op\u00e9rationnel au second semestre 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Production d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne vert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outre le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, enti\u00e8rement con\u00e7u et construit par NPROXX, les r\u00e9servoirs sous pression utilis\u00e9s pour stocker l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne dans la station de ravitaillement ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 fournis par NPROXX.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Notre expertise dans la production de cylindres qui allient parfaitement fiabilit\u00e9, qualit\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et rentabilit\u00e9 a fait de nous le choix naturel de l&rsquo;entrepreneur qui a livr\u00e9 la station de ravitaillement\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute Lorenz. \u00ab\u00a0Nous leur avons fourni deux r\u00e9servoirs de 20\u00a0pieds qui fonctionneront jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une pression de 500\u00a0bar pour stocker l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne provenant des \u00e9lectrolyseurs, ce qui garantira un approvisionnement en carburant durable et toujours pr\u00eat pour le camion.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Anglo American pr\u00e9voit de produire de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne par \u00e9lectrolyse sur site, en utilisant des sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelables, pour alimenter le camion.<\/p>\n<p>Anglo American et Engie construisent actuellement une installation de d\u00e9monstration en Afrique du Sud, comprenant un \u00e9lectrolyseur de 3,5\u00a0MW pour produire de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne sur site. Elle a la capacit\u00e9 de produire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1\u00a0tonne par jour.
