Le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servoir et les technologies connexes sont utilis\u00e9s par Siemens Mobility dans les prototypes d&rsquo;un nouveau train de passagers fonctionnant \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, dans le cadre de sa plateforme de trains Mireo sans combustibles fossiles.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un premier temps, les trains feront l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;essais approfondis dans les installations d&rsquo;essai de Siemens Mobility \u00e0 Wildenrath, en Allemagne. Ces essais devraient se d\u00e9rouler tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2022, l&rsquo;objectif du projet \u00e9tant de mettre en service des trains de passagers \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur, Deutsche Bahn AG, au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2023, sur des lignes sp\u00e9cifiques du sud-ouest de l&rsquo;Allemagne.<\/p>\n<p>La conception des wagons est enti\u00e8rement nouvelle\u00a0\u2013\u00a0ce n\u2019est pas une adaptation\u00a0\u2013\u00a0et NPROXX a travaill\u00e9 en collaboration avec Siemens Mobility \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du processus. \u00ab\u00a0Ensemble, nous avons trouv\u00e9 une fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s \u00e9l\u00e9gante de concevoir un syst\u00e8me de stockage de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne qui a le m\u00eame cycle de vie que le wagon de train lui-m\u00eame\u00a0\u00bb, explique Johannes Lorenz, directeur du marketing et des ventes de NPROXX.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Notre syst\u00e8me de stockage est con\u00e7u de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 laisser suffisamment de place \u00e0 Siemens Mobility pour optimiser l&rsquo;environnement des passagers et leur offrir une exp\u00e9rience de voyage confortable et spacieuse. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les trains de banlieue d&rsquo;Europe continentale ont une cha\u00eene cin\u00e9matique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans chaque wagon, ce qui est \u00e9galement le cas dans notre concept. Le syst\u00e8me de stockage de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne est l\u00e9ger et peut \u00eatre install\u00e9 sur le toit du wagon. M\u00eame lorsque les wagons sont enti\u00e8rement charg\u00e9s d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne gazeux et de passagers, les charges restent bien dans les limites acceptables.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nombreux furent les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever au cours du cycle de conception de trois ans, du c\u00e2blage au remplissage\u00a0\u00bb poursuit Lorenz. \u00ab\u00a0Le remplissage par le haut est rapide mais peu pratique, nous avons donc con\u00e7u un moyen de proc\u00e9der au remplissage par le c\u00f4t\u00e9 qui est tout aussi efficace et rapide. Dans un train \u00e0 deux wagons, avec des r\u00e9servoirs sur les deux wagons, les deux ensembles de r\u00e9servoirs sont ind\u00e9pendants mais alimentent la m\u00eame pile \u00e0 combustible. Notre conception utilise quatre racks ind\u00e9pendants mont\u00e9s sur le train et aliment\u00e9s par deux points de connexion. L&rsquo;optimisation de toutes les diff\u00e9rentes contraintes fut une exp\u00e9rience de conception tr\u00e8s int\u00e9grative.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>La plateforme Mireo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La plateforme Mireo de Siemens Mobility est un nouveau syst\u00e8me ferroviaire qui fonctionne enti\u00e8rement sans moteur \u00e0 combustion. Mireo comprend d\u00e9j\u00e0 des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie, et d\u00e9sormais, Siemens Mobility travaille avec NPROXX pour d\u00e9velopper \u00e9galement une version \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 pile \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne.
