  • Transport, Infrastructure and Stationary storage solutions (up to 1000 bar)
  • Heavy-Duty Vehicle Systems (350 bar)

Position Overview

In response to the continued growth of our markets and technologies, we are seeking a new team member with a strong commitment to quality assurance and occupational safety. In this role, you will not only safeguard existing processes and standards but also actively contribute to their continuous improvement and further development.

Key Responsibilities

Quality

  • Ensure quality assurance at our suppliers;
  • Conduct supplier audits and evaluate quality processes;
  • Analyze quality issues and initiate corrective and preventive actions;
  • Support the selection and qualification of new suppliers;
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance (KPIs, complaints, 8D reports).

Safety

  • Advising management on safety measures;
  • Conducting risk assessments (RI&E);
  • Checking whether safety rules are being complied with;
  • Drawing up and implementing safety policy;
  • Providing information and training to employees;
  • Investigating incidents and accidents.

 

Your Profile

  • Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable qualification education;
  • Several years of experience in supplier quality or quality management;
  • Completed training as a safety advisor, such as SiFa (DE) or HVK (NL) is a plus. NPROXX is willing to fully facilitate training in terms of time and money if you do not have a diploma;
  • Knowledge of standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949);
  • Proficient in quality tools and methods (PPAP, 8D) and experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
  • Analytical and structured thinking, combined with independent working methods;
  • Leadership personality;
  • Strong communication skills, highly analytical and decisive;
  • Stress resistant and well organized, hands on, can do mentality;
  • English and German at a professional level is strictly required;
  • Knowledge of development- and production processes and/or experience in automotive business is a plus.
